Rain Studio Photoshoot Tips

Studio Location: 2028 Western Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102

This is not the fanciest area of town but I assure you it is safe. (That said, do not leave valuables in your vehicle).

You'll see the Creative Space sign on the front of the building but you"ll drive around to the back of the building and enter via the door labeled "2028" (I use the word "building" loosely, it is more of a row of garage spaces). There are no specific parking spaces but you can park along the side of the building as long as you are not blocking any regular size doors.

What to Wear:

Anything that is not see through when wet! I recommend solid color leos or leggings or shorts with a solid color top but really anything you want. You should bring several options and plan on wearing at least 2. We can choose our background lighting colors upon arrival and will likely do at least 2 different color options for the group.

Makeup:

If you choose to wear makeup you will definitely want waterproof makeup/mascara or lashes. Please do not wear lotion so the water will not become as slippery.

We will need to be very efficient with our time so the more prepared you are with poses the more images you will get. Please come prepared with several poses in mind. I will also help guide you and make some recommendations but the more you come prepared with, the better.

You will have a few minutes to stretch and practice poses when you arrive while everything is getting set up . There is a carpeted section inside the water pool to help with traction so you CAN do a few leaps and jumps as long as you feel secure with the footing in the water.

Just a heads up, I will need a parent's assistance with turning the water on and off multiple times during the session so we are not wasting water. I will brief you all on that upon arrival.

I will also need parental and dancer assistance with throwing water for extra drama ;-).
